Dear parents and confirmees,
I write this in anticipation of the year to come. Please take note that our first meeting for Confirmation will take place on the 10th of February 2011 at Brooklyn Methodist Church (209 Murray Street) at 19:00 in the Dunstan Hall and interested parents and confirmees are invited to attend. There are a few compulsory items involved in Confirmation that must please be taken into consideration, the first being two camps, the second being regular church attendance (3 times a month) and the third being the classes. Only 3 classes in total may be missed in the confirmation year unless there is a valid excuse for missing further classes. The cost to confirmation will be R1200, this includes the cost of the camps, activities on camp, curriculum and bibles and should please be paid before the end of June ‘11. Please do not allow finances to determine whether you will be a part of this process, if there is a problem, approach me, and we will organize a sponsorship.
